Regardless of the number of users:
- 1st hour: € 15 + VAT
- each additional half hour: € 6 + VAT
- 3 hours or more: 10% discount on all booked hours
Minimum reservation: 1 hour
Availability
Monday to Friday (except public holidays), from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Service
To use a meeting room you do not need to subscribe to any other service.
Your guests are welcomed and wait in the reception.

Meeting room reservations are made online (reservations via telephone or other means are not possible).
1. I consult the "Rooms availability" calendar on this page, to confirm if there is availability for the desired date and time.
2. If there is availability, I fill out and submit the "Room Reservation Request" form.
3. I make the payment.
